I wish I'd bookmarked the girl on livejournal who busted her ass to compile them all, but I didn't. If I figure it out, I'll credit her later. Thank you, whoever you are.

Something stupid.
I have a headache and I'm probably about to go to bed, but I had this burning desire to write a journal entry telling you guys THANK YOU for talking to me. Wherever you left the message, whatever the subject or context, thank you. And thank you for the watch. Unless you're just looking at my front page. In which case, maybe you should be looking through my gallery instead.

I get a lot of messages (or maybe it just feels like a lot) and lately it's been even more than usual, and I've had less time than usual to reply to them... but that doesn't mean I don't read or appreciate them. I always read everything. Carefully. Twice. I'm just pretty sick right now (well, you know what I mean. I'm always sick) and I'm also on a roll drawing, so when I get time to go online, half the time I go draw instead. Sorry! But if I didn't draw, there wouldn't be much to talk about in the first place. And I'm just now getting over an excruciating art block, so I feel obligated to draw whenever I feel able. Gotta milk it before it's gone again.

I find it weird how many friends I have, and how many people show me support even when I don't have the time or energy to show them any in return. Some people think that people are basically good. And some people think that no one will ever give you anything unless they expect to get something back. On dA I've seen people give generic "this is good, mind checking out my gallery?" comments which quite make me want to burn something down, but I'm always happy to see people ask for advice or critique rather than praise*. So, those are the first messages I always reply to: questions, people wanting tips or advice or critique, or wanting to know how I did something. The praise is the stuff I reply to dead last, 'cause I never know what to say.

=Cataclysm-X is drawing me something~ And that compliments my point nicely - I've had the wonderful luck to find the most generous and selfless people and become friends with them.
She sent me a pretty little dreamcatcher a few weeks ago, and I swear to bob, the thing actually works. I haven't had nightmares since (except for the one with the scary red-eyes clown ), and have had sweet dreams every single night.

So, to sum up: thanks, you rule and I'm happy.
